We need to strengthen our team and are looking for a terminal worker with team leader responsibilities for our warehouse in Jönköping/Stigamo Norra. In the role of terminal worker with team leader responsibilities, your task is to lead part of the operation and develop both employees and the business towards established goals.

In your role as a team leader, your most important mission is to motivate our employees to achieve our goals and support them in their continuous development. You have a knowledgeable staff group to manage in the best possible way. You work closely with other leaders in the warehouse. This is an operational position for those of you who work as leaders and are looking for new challenges.

As a Terminal Worker with team leader responsibilities, you support your team in their daily tasks, which include picking and packing goods, handling returns, and receiving and dispatching goods. You report to the production manager for the assignment in the relevant department.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can communicate instructions and knowledge in Swedish both verbally and in writing
• Has a high school education or equivalent work experience
• Has a forklift license with authorization A1-A4 & B1-B3
• Has a good work ethic and contributes to a positive work environment.
• Is comfortable working varying hours, as shift work is included in our operations. Daytime as well as evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends.

Experience in warehousing and logistics is an advantage, at least one.
